This is an original dual headlight assembly removed from a 1989 Yamaha Super Tenere XTZ 750. The unit features one yellow halogen lens and one clear lens. Note that the clear lens has red adhesive tape applied in an 'X' pattern, likely for protection or track use. The black plastic housing shows signs of use, dirt, and age-related wear as illustrated in the photos. Manufacturer is Koito for Yamaha.
