A genuine Honda starter valve / fast idle wax unit assembly. This part is responsible for increasing the idle speed during cold starts. It includes the wax element, the linkage bracket, and the coolant bypass hoses. It was removed from a 2005 Honda ST1300A Pan European and is in good used condition with some normal signs of age and surface oxidation on the metal bracket.
