This is a used HGS aftermarket full exhaust system removed from a 2020 Kawasaki KX450. It includes the header pipe with resonance chamber and the matching HGS silencer. The system shows typical signs of use, including some surface tarnishing and dirt. Note that there is a small hole or missing rivet on the silencer casing near the front mounting band, which is highlighted in the close-up photos.
